מדיניות המשלוחים של פוטון בר (For English, please see the text below)
המוצרים בפוטון בר מיוצרים בעבודת יד, ולעיתים קרובות מותאמים להזמנה האישית שלכם. אנו מקפידים לבחור בקפידה את חומרי הגלם - הבדים והכותנה למזרני הפוטון, וכן את העצים האיכותיים מהם מיוצרות המיטות.
משלוחים קטניםהזמנות קטנות (עד אורך 80 ס"מ) נשלחות לכל רחבי הארץ, ליישובים מוכרים, באמצעות שליחי דואר ישראל ומסופקות עד לבית הלקוח. השליח משתדל ליצור קשר עם הלקוח לפני מסירת ההזמנה.
במקרה שהלקוח אינו זמין, יבוצע ניסיון מסירה נוסף. אם לא ניתן ליצור קשר, החבילה תישאר בסניף הדואר הקרוב, ולעיתים עלולה להישלח חזרה במקרה של אי-איסוף. במקרה כזה תחול על הלקוח עלות נוספת בגין החזרת המוצר אלינו ושליחתו מחדש.
משלוחים גדולים - הזמנות גדולות יותר נשלחות באמצעות שליח מטעמנו, ועלות ההובלה נקבעת בהתאם לגודל ומשקל המוצר וליעד המשלוח. משלוחים של מזרנים, מיטות או הזמנות גדולות מתבצעים באזורים שבין קו חיפה-טבריה בצפון לבין קו ירושלים-אשדוד בדרום. ליעדים מחוץ לאזורים אלו תתואם הובלה מיוחדת מראש.
בכל מקרה של הובלה מעבר לקו הירוק, או מחוץ לאזורים שצוינו, יש ליצור קשר מראש ואין להסתמך על עלויות המשלוח המוצגות באתר. אנו שומרים לעצמנו את הזכות לסרב לשליחות לאיזורי סיכון או לאיזורים מרוחקים, לפי ראות עיננו, אך תמיד משתדלים למצוא פתרון.
עלויות נוספות
במקרים בהם הגישה ליעד אינה פשוטה - כגון מרחק רב ממקום חניית רכב השליח, עלייה או ירידה מעבר לקומה אחת, ריבוי מדרגות בתוך הבית, או מעברים צרים המחייבים מאמץ פיזי מיוחד ו/או פירוק והרכבה - תחויב תוספת תשלום. באחריות הלקוח ליידע מראש את צוות "פוטון בר" על תנאי גישה חריגים, כדי שנוכל להיערך בהתאם לאספקה.בנוסף, עבור מוצרים הדורשים הרכבה על ידי השליח - כגון מיטת "ג'אפ", מיטת "במה" ו"מיטת עץ אורן" - ייגבו דמי הרכבה, אשר יחויבו מראש על ידי "פוטון בר".
אריזת המוצרים
בהתאם למדיניות האקולוגית שלנו, אנו עושים שימוש באריזות ממוחזרות ומשתדלים לצמצם שימוש בחומרים חדשים לצורך אריזה. לכן, ייתכן שהאריזה לא תהיה מהודרת - אך היא פונקציונלית ומכנה על המוצר.
נשמח אם תחזירו אלינו חומרי אריזה לשימוש חוזר, או שתמחזרו אותם במתקנים המיועדים לכך.
איסוף עצמי
ניתן לאסוף את המוצרים ללא עלות מהסטודיו בפרדס חנה, בתיאום מראש.
זמן אספקה
זמן האספקה הוא כשבועיים מיום ההזמנה למוצרים גדולים ולהזמנות מיוחדות הוא עד 3 שבועות.
Futon-Barr Shipping Policy
All Futon-Barr products are handmade and are often custom-made according to your personal order. We carefully select our raw materials - the fabrics and cotton used for our futon mattresses, as well as the high-quality wood used for our beds.
Small Shipments
Small orders (up to 80 cm in length) are shipped throughout Israel, to recognized locations, via Israel Post couriers and delivered to the customer’s home. The courier will attempt to contact the customer prior to delivery.
If the customer is unavailable, an additional delivery attempt will be made. If contact cannot be established, the package will be held at the nearest post office branch, and may be returned to us if not collected. In such cases, the customer will be charged for both the return shipment and re-delivery.
Large Shipments
Larger orders are delivered by a courier on our behalf, and shipping costs are determined based on the size, weight, and delivery destination.
Deliveries of mattresses, beds, or bulk orders are available in areas between the Haifa–Tiberias line in the north and the Jerusalem–Ashdod line in the south. Deliveries to locations outside these areas will be arranged in advance as a special shipment.
For deliveries beyond the Green Line or outside the specified areas, please contact us in advance and do not rely on the shipping costs displayed on the website. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to high-risk or remote areas at our discretion, although we always strive to find a suitable solution.
Additional Charges
In cases where access to the delivery location is difficult - such as a long distance from the courier’s parking spot, stairs beyond one floor, multiple internal staircases, or narrow passages requiring special physical effort and/or disassembly and reassembly - an additional charge will apply.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform the Futon-Barr team in advance of any unusual access conditions so that we can prepare accordingly.
Additionally, for products requiring assembly by the courier - such as the "Jap" bed, "Platform" bed, and "Pine Wood" bed - an assembly fee will be charged in advance by Futon-Barr.
Packaging
In line with our ecological approach, we use recycled packaging whenever possible and aim to reduce the use of new materials. Therefore, packaging may not always appear polished, but it is fully functional and protective.
We would appreciate it if you return packaging materials to us for reuse, or recycle them appropriately.
Self Pickup
Products can also be collected free of charge from our studio in Pardes Hanna, by prior arrangement.
Delivery Time
Delivery time is approximately two weeks from the date of order. For large items and custom orders, delivery may take up to three weeks.
